SBA Real Estate Loans @ 90% LTV
SBA loans provided by Century Mortgage Company offer a great tool to the
small business owner with the desire to purchase real estate specifically
for their business. In some cases the business owner can borrow 90%
of the purchase price plus “start up cost” under the SBA
504 Program.
Multi-family and mixed use property loans
Through Century’s Commercial Lending Division a buyer can acquire
90% financing for apartment complexes and mixed use property. This is
allowable for loan amounts under $1 million.
Low Fixed Rates for Income Producing Property - Loans over $1 Million
For loan amounts exceeding $1 million on income producing properties (apartment
complexes, strip shopping centers and office buildings) Century can
provide competitive fixed rates for the term of the loan (20-30 years).
80% financing is available for larger loan amounts.
Stated Income Commercial Loans
Stated income commercial loans are also available through Century’s
commercial lending.
