Vice President of Information Services,
Century Mortgage Company, Lending Division
R. Josh Eller is the Vice President of Information Services for Century Mortgage Company and is responsible for managing the corporate technology infrastructure and development staff. Mr. Eller is also responsible for managing the Lending Division’s Marketing and Training departments. The aim of Century’s technology initiatives is to support the company’s “people-first, relationship-based” philosophy on all levels, and Century realizes that even the best technology can never replace human interaction. In this spirit, Century employs technology to improve relationships with its business partners – not replace them.
Mr. Eller came to Century in February 2003 to help build Century’s then fledgling Lending Division (DBA Century Lending Division) as a production (underwriting) manager. As Century and its IT needs grew, Mr. Eller took on the task of hiring an IT staff, and today Century’s technology staff is involved in several projects, the most notable of which is implementing a new all-in-one loan origination, underwriting, closing, and servicing platform called Fusion that will permeate throughout all divisions of the company.
Prior to joining Century Mortgage Company, Mr. Eller served in several post closing and underwriting capacities in Countrywide Financial Corporation’s Wholesale Division. He has also worked independently as a web-developer for several small businesses.
Mr. Eller graduated from Berea College with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with additional studies in mathematics, music, and computer science.
