Jeff Ratanapool joined Century Mortgage in 1997 and opened the first satellite office in Lexington, KY in March of 1998. Jeff is a committed businessman and family man with a wife and two daughters. He is extremely disciplined, focused and makes time for the important things.

He has closed over $800 million in home loans since 1997 as an originator, so it is easy to see why Jeff earned the title of Vice-President and Director of Retail Mortgage Operations at Century Mortgage at the end of 1998, where he continues to lead and grow.

In addition, Jeff is committed to giving back to his community in many different forms. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Easter Seals of Louisville / Cardinal Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center as the Vice-Chairman and Nominating Chairman. Jeff just completed a 6 year commitment as a board member for the Fern Creek Traditional High School Alumni Association. He offers his knowledge in sales and business to the community by sacrificing his time to teach as a Nationally Certified GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) Instructor for the Kentucky Real Estate Education Foundation as well as a CE Instructor for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtor Boards. He also was recently elected to serve on his daughter’s school Site-Based Decision Making Council. This Council works with Administration and the School Board to review policies, encourage improvement suggestions, and implement change.

As a result of his dynamic personality and reputable character, he has been inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame for Fern Creek Traditional High School and received the highly coveted Louisville Sales and Marketing Council’s Pinnacle Award. Jeff was commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel, and has received the Congressional Order of Merit award.
